During the government accountability session, MP Fouad Makhzoumi raised several laws that remain unimplemented, beginning with the Right of Access to Information Law and the importance of enforcing it to combat corruption and promote transparency. He also addressed the Port of Beirut, reiterating his outright rejection of the reclamation of Basin 4. He further stressed the need to ensure that the government makes proper use of this vital facility.
