We reaffirm the right of the Lebanese people to demonstrate and freely express their opinions without intimidation or threats. We also reiterate our full support for all the legitimate demands of the October 17 Revolution and stand alongside the Lebanese people as they raise their voices.

We remind the security forces of their duty to protect demonstrators exercising their constitutional and legal rights.
